About Me

My Background

I am a Licensed-Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) in the state of Tennessee. I completed my graduate training at Vanderbilt University, with a Master’s degree in Human Development and Counseling. While in school I completed my practicum and internship at The Ranch, a residential treatment facility specializing in co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. I have additional experience working at the intensive outpatient level of care, treating individuals with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive related disorders.

Originally from St. Louis, MO, I moved to Miami, FL for college, and completed a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami (Go ‘Canes!). When I’m not working I enjoy being outdoors, watching football and horror movies, reading, and spending time with my friends, family, and cat, Davos.
